We shall collect a security deposit of Rs. 5000 which will be refunded at the time of check out after inspecting the property and provided the total number of guests does not increase while the booking was made and the check-out time is adhered to. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
2. The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. Bookings once made will be non-refundable and date change will not be allowed.
3. Please adhere to the timings: Check in Time: 2.00 p.m. Check-out Time: 10.00 a.m.
4. All guests must share valid photo ID proof before check-in by email on bellagio.villa143@gmail.com or on arrival for a smooth check-in.
5. Self -cooking is not allowed. (Only Tea, coffee, heating outside food, Maggi, baby food is allowed.) There is a caretaker who stays in the villa premises and can prepare basic Indian food (veg and non-veg) at an additional charge. The cooking charge is Rs. 1000 per head per night for veg and Rs. 1200 per head per night for non veg. This includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner).
6. No pets are allowed in the premises.
7. Please remove footwear outside the house.
8. One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. No life-guard on duty. 9. Kids should be accompanied by the poolside at all times by an adult. Management shall not be responsible in case of an accident.
10. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum. Loud music is strictly not permitted after 10.00 p.m.
11. Wifi, although offered, is subject to network availability.
12. Smoking / Hooka should be strictly done outdoors.
13. Eating, drinking and breakable items are not allowed inside the pool.
14. Eating is not allowed in any of the rooms.
15. Sticking balloons or decorative items on the walls to celebrate special occasions is not allowed. Only standalone décor items can be used.
16. Any illegal activity- including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics- is strictly not permitted.
17. Please take care of your belongings. Management shall not be responsible for any loss.
18. There is no sleeping arrangement for drivers on the premises so you shall have to arrange accordingly.
19. In case of power outage, there is no power backup.
20. The exterior portions of the villa (except swimming pool) are under CCTV surveillance.
21. Kindly switch off lights, fans and ACs when not in use. Treat the house with utmost care.
