⚠️ *Rules & Regulation :*
1. Check in time – 1:00 pm onwards
2. Check out time – 11:00 am
3. Delayed in Checkout will be deducted Rs. 2000 from your deposit strictly.
4. Refundable security deposit ₹5,000/- Payable at check in time.
5. The original ID card of guests is mandatory.(Aadhar Card)
6. Swimming pool and speaker is not allowed after 10pm
7. Villa Management is not responsible for any accident caused by negligence and misuse by the guests. Please take care of your children near the pool area
8. Take care of your belongings We are not responsible for your loss
9. Fine of ₹2000 for splitting inside the property.
10. Vomiting done by customers will not be cleaned by us. If you want us to clean then extra 2000/- charge will be taken
11. If any loss or damage happens due to the customer then the amount will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly
12. Please keep the pool area clean. Do not Put Any unwanted thing on the pool if any thing is seen like that security deposit will be deducted accordingly.
13. Power backup up to 3hrs without air conditioner, no refund will be given for any power related issue.
*Other Charges*
1. Selfuse kitchen *Rs. 1500*(Per Day)
2. BBQ Charges *Rs. 500* (1Kg Coal will be provided)
*Payment Terms*
1. 50% on booking
2. 50% at check-in
Security Deposit ( refundable ) 5000 to be paid at check in
*Cancellation Policy*
1. You can reschedule if cancelled 8 days before Checkin Date.( Reschedule depending on availability )
2. No amount will be refunded against cancellation of booking.
