Casa Lotus | 3-BHK Villa in Goa Private Pool, Cosy Nook, Balconies | Gated Complex

Tucked amidst forest greens, this villa blends quiet sophistication with open, airy charm across two levels. The living room welcomes you with its warm palette – spacious sofas, soft lights, and patterned tiles adding character to the space. Large windows frame pool views, while a cosy reading nook under the wooden staircase makes for the perfect corner to unwind.

The dining area flows seamlessly from the living room, centred around a round wooden table set for six. Soft pendant lights and a wooden crockery cabinet complete this inviting space. The adjoining kitchen is modern and thoughtfully equipped, offering everything from cookware to condiments, making it as practical as it is stylish. Guests can cook, or opt for the villa’s chef-on-call service to enjoy freshly prepared meals.

Each of the three bedrooms carries its own tone of calm. Two on the first floor open to balconies with forest views, dressed in soothing tones and natural light. Wood-tiled floors, built-in cabinets, and light fabrics create a restful feel. The third bedroom on the ground floor offers a cheerful pop of colour with its bright wardrobe and patterned flooring, a reflection of relaxed, lived-in comfort.

On the first floor, a lounge opens to a balcony through teal French doors – wicker chairs and soft lighting set the scene for slow mornings or conversations under the stars. The villa’s interiors weave together wood, teal accents, and natural textures, bringing warmth to every corner.

Outside, the blue-tiled pool glimmers under open skies, edged with loungers and a swing surrounded by greenery. Whether it’s an afternoon by the pool or an evening indoors, the villa holds a calm rhythm of its own – private, detailed, and designed to feel like home amidst nature.
